WebTV doesn't support the automatic refreshing code of BOFHcam, so any numbnuts
who's useless enough to be using WebTV will need to reload the page manually
every time, depending on how long it takes you to get a clue.
To reload, press your fingers into the socket on the wall and spit repeatedly at
them.
